User Manual
File.one is an intelligent system for finding and managing files from cloud, local, and network storage as well as from email clients. The service uses file tagging technology and the record number of search filters to provide the fastest possible document search. It also uses predictive coding to speed up analyzing large amounts of data. Complete three simple steps to manage your files effectively using a single system: 1. Configure the system's "Settings" and invite collaborators. 2. Connect the sources to the service and sync the necessary folders with File.one Datasets using the "Uploads" section. 3. Find files and documents in just a couple of clicks using "Search", add comments, analyze data, and download the files for further work.
