8.1.1 Downloading files from the search results
- Open Search.
- Select the necessary filters and create a search query that contains one or more conditions.
- The system will display matching results automatically.
- To download files from the search results, select the files by checking the checkboxes next to file names.
- Click on the ⋮ icon in the top right corner of the list and select Download.
- The selected files will be downloaded to your computer.
- To download files in PDF format, select the files by checking the checkboxes next to file names.
- Click on the ⋮ icon in the top right corner of the list and select Download as PDF.
9. The system compresses the file into a ZIP archive regardless of the file size. Once the archive is formed, the user receives an email with a download link.
Note: to download all found files, select all files from the list by checking the checkbox next to the Title column.
Note: when you are downloading several files or a folder in original format, the system creates a ZIP archive called Fileone files. When you download files one by one, the system doesn't compress them into an archive.

- Open Uploads and the Dataset you want to download from.
- Select the file(s) by checking the checkbox(es) next to the name(s) file(s) you want to download.
- Click on the ⋮ icon in the top right corner of the list and select Download.
