- Open a file in the Dataset in the Uploads section or in the search results in the Search section.
- The General tab is open by default in the right-hand sidebar. Find the Tags section, which contains system tags.
- To add a new tag to a file, enter it in the Add tag field.
- If the tag doesn't already exist in the system, you can add it by clicking on the Create button.
- If the tag is found in the system, you can add it to the file by selecting it from the list.
- You can delete a tag from the Tags section when you're viewing a document. To do that, click on the cross to the right of the tag.
Note: you can also delete system tags using the Tags section when you're viewing a document. To do that, click on the cross to the right of the tag.
