3.2.1 Viewing the list of users
- Go to Settings in the main menu.
- Click on Users in the sidebar.
- To edit a user's profile, click on the ⋮ icon next to the user's name and select Edit.
Note: only admins can view and edit the list of users.
3.2.2 Inviting a new user
- Go to Settings in the main menu.
- Click on Users in the sidebar.
- Click on the plus button in the bottom right corner of the page.
- The Invite New User window will open. Enter the new user's email address in the User email field.
- Click on the Invite button.
- An invitation with an activation link will be sent to the specified email address. You will see Pending status next to the user's name until the user completes the sign up process.
3.2.3 Re-sending an invitation
- Go to Settings in the main menu.
- Click on Users in the sidebar.
- While on the Users page, click on the ⋮ icon next to the name of the person you've invited and select Resend invitation.
- An invitation with an activation link will be sent to the specified email address. You will see Pending status next to the user's name until the user completes the sign up process.
3.2.4 Cancelling an invitation
- Go to Settings in the main menu.
- Click on Users in the sidebar.
- While on the Users page, click on the ⋮ icon next to the name of the person you've invited and select Cancel invitation.
- The user will be removed from the «Users» page automatically and the link in his/her invitation will become inactive.
3.2.5 Configuring user roles
- Go to Settings in the main menu.
- Click on Users in the sidebar.
- While on the Users page, click on the ⋮ icon next to the name of the person you've invited and select Edit.
- Select the role (Admin or User) from the Roles drop-down menu.
Note: users with admin privileges can access all sections and functions of the system. Ordinary users have access to everything except Settings.
3.2.6 Blocking and account
- Go to Settings in the main menu.
- Click on Users in the sidebar.
- While on the Users page, click on the ⋮ icon next to the name of the person you've invited and select Block.
- The user's status will be changed to Blocked and the user won't be able to log in to the system.
- To unblock a user, go to Settings, click on ⋮ next to the user's name in the Users section, and select Unblock.
3.2.7 Unblocking an account
- Go to Settings in the main menu.
- Click on Users in the sidebar.
- While on the Users page, click on the ⋮ icon next to the name of the person you've invited and select Unblock.
- Once unblocked, the user will be able to log in to the system.
